Technology underpins much of our everyday lives and much of what we do as employees to advance our mission to end cancer, just as a chess board is the foundation of the classic game of strategy. But it is the thoughtful and strategic moves that we, as people, make upon that foundation—guided by our core values—that positively impacts our patients’ lives and consistently earns us #1 rankings. This chess board incorporates recycled computer and keyboard components set in leftover acrylic that was destined for a landfill. Thirty-two handcrafted acrylic chess pieces complete the playable set.
