"Our turtle was created by recycled material from the speech pathology department and head and neck center. All staff contributed by donating items like used barium bottles, egg cartons, cardboard etc. from the clinic and from breakfast meals! We chose a turtle because of it's globlal representation of an animal impacted by human plastic waste."
