"This project was created by outpatient occupational therapy patients and therapists, with the primary design being created by two creative young osteosarcoma warriors. The background was created with old fence pickets and flowers were created using a variety of recycled and donated materials including bottle caps, plastic water bottles, corks, duct tape, wire, yarn, and magazine pages. The vase is a prosthetic leg socket that has been decorated with magazine pages and the metal nose wires from surgical masks that have been collected by the outpatient rehab department over the last several months."
