Value and Impact

Just culture education generally emphasizes the importance of leadership training. Additionally, most literature regarding just culture has centered on nursing practice with minimal pharmacy data. This project focuses is innovative because if focuses on education for both leadership and staff within pharmacy to promote shared accountability and understanding of the basic concepts. Lastly, there is minimal data on just culture education in a cancer center setting.
